2.1 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the 786bde platform:

3. Offers cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated.

5. If bonus abuse, bonus washing, or system manipulation is suspected, the account will be investigated and the associated balance may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786bde platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

1. Registering or operating multiple accounts.
2. Registering with false or misleading information.
3. Attempting to access the system using hacking, malware, bots, or automation software.
4. Manipulating the bonus system or violating bonus terms.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
6. Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
7. Behaving in an inappropriate or abusive manner toward platform staff.
8. Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
9. Playing games or managing an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
10. Exploiting software bugs or system errors — in such cases, reporting the issue to support immediately is mandatory.

8.1 Technical Issues

786bde always strives to operate a reliable, high-quality platform. However, 786bde will not be held responsible for the following:

1. Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
2. Transactions delayed due to errors by third-party payment providers.
3. Issues caused by the user's device or software.
4. Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

8.2 Gaming Losses

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. You may lose any bet you place. Under no circumstances is 786bde obligated to provide financial compensation for a user's gaming losses. Please be aware of your own financial situation before gambling.

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. Any verifiable available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 At 786bde's Initiative

786bde may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

1. If any provision of these terms is violated.
2. If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
3. If it is proven that the user registered with false information.
4. If the user fails to complete KYC verification or does not provide the required documents.
5. Upon the order of a court or regulatory authority.

In the case of account suspension, we will try to notify the user in advance where possible. However, for urgent security reasons, an account may sometimes be closed without prior notice.
